				<p><strong>Versus other subsidies?</strong></p><p>are those 'cleaner' power generating methods also receiving general subsidies given to non-'cleaner' generation plants? &nbsp;Such as subsidized price of tons o coal in China.</p><p>
If so, no subsidy for 'cleaner' coal should be given if that is the case.</p><p>
Getting rid of the subsidies for fossil fueled energy is the best first thing which can be done. &nbsp;Arrange leverage there, then help them be cleaner...they will have plenty more incentive.</p>
