Poverty and global warming

Good read this. Have you ever told an alcoholic he has a drinking problem. Be prepared to duck. This article has a heavy angry blog. Angry denial. The author's disclaimer is the surprise. I almost missed it.

Disclosure: I was the 1993 Warren Brookes Fellow in Environmental Journalism at the Competitive Enterprise Institute and I have been the editor of three CEI volumes on environmental policy and science.
