Wow! I had never heard of this artist's work. It looks incredible! I would love to see it in person. Such creative and beautiful reuse of materials. Cradle to canvas!

I really missed not being able to attend the conference this year. I found the speakers, exhibits as you mention, and attendees all well worth the cost of entry. Thank you for capturing some of the highlights!

Love Deininger's work and what Herman Miller is doing for the environment. Jealous you got to shake Clinton's hand...let us know if you find out what happened to the wall!

I must confess, the Aeron chair was my first home office investment (no Grist funds used for this I promise!) and I have never been disappointed. I spend many more hours in this chair than any one person should -- so now I switch between the chair and my BIG, non eco, excercise ball (ala hippity hop of my youth). Good thing the excercise ball doesn't have a handle or I'd be on it all day.

cant wait to see Hermann Miller's goal of zero emission become a reality and hope it inspires all furniture companies to set their goal!

Sounded like an awesome conference with intriguing speakers and Bill Clinton?? Very cool... Yes! Please keep us updated with the whereabouts of the junk wall. Would be fantastic to see it at the Opportunity Green Conference!

I agree. Actually you can't just rely alone on some aftermarket auto parts to have a perfect emission, Herman Miller is the man who has the real goal for this.
