				<p><strong>Most people think global warming<p>means slowly rising water along coasts and slightly warmer weather. In reality, it means drastic ecosystem imbalance across the planet. The odds of hitting a tipping point (when something happens that causes an irreversible, severe, and rapid change) increases the longer we let GHG build and continue to denude the planet of carbon sinks.

Feedback loops in nature are how evolution plays out, as different species of eons found balance with each other. When you radically alter this environment, these loops break down. This is a textbook case of a parasite killing its host because what kept it in check (cold winters) has changed. Let's pound this into the public consciousness. It's the feedback loops, stupid!</p>
