				<p><strong>A great start!</strong></p><p>This is great news. &nbsp;I hope that he will follow up by getting rid of that ridiculous and short-sighted "breeding incentive" that they've got going on currently. &nbsp;"One for Mum, one for Dad and one for the country" indeed. &nbsp;How about "One if we must, then let's stop because we'll all be drinking recycled urine pretty soon because we're running out of water"?</p>

				<p><strong>Kyoto</strong></p><p>While the US may have the dubious honour of being the only industrialized country in the world not to agree to making mandatory reductions in greenhouse-gas emissions under the Kyoto protocol, surely their northern neighbour Canada must get some recognition for signing the treaty with forked pen ... signing while aggressively ramping up C02, then claiming that our country can't possibly meet Kyoto targets. Tough to meet targets when you have no will nor any plan to do so!</p>
