And fourth, we will launch a program called Michigan Saves in conjunction with our utility companies. &nbsp;Michigan Saves will allow Michigan families and businesses to weatherize their homes and install Michigan-made energy efficiency technology with zero up-front charges. &nbsp;The monthly savings will pay the cost of the improvements.<p>
In other words, a PAYS(r) approach -- no out-of-pocket costs to the resident/business owner, with the improvements financed up front and paid back through a shared savings strategy.<p>
THIS is a very big deal. &nbsp;Omaba ought to be knocking heads together to make this happen everywhere. &nbsp;This is how Van Jones gets his jobs, people stop freezing to death, and we reduce consumption. <br>
