Minnesota will ban mercury in cosmetics

On Jan. 1, Minnesota will become the first state to ban mercury from mascara and other cosmetics. Which begs the question: Why the hell is there mercury in mascara in the first place?

The question is - why are you such an ignorant ass?   DESPITE the fact that the FDA has determined it is SAFE in this context - AND that preservatives are clearly shown to protect against microbial contamination and potentially blinding infections - cosmetics rarely IF EVER use mercurials at this point, idiot.  AND idiot, it's still used and SAFELY n vaccines.

This is useless grandstanding by equally useless legislators.
