Biodegradable cups packed into trash bags and tossed into the landfill with mounds of other garbage will not decompose without light and air.  Hurray if they plan to capture the biodegradable cups/plates along with the appropriate food scraps for the compost bin.  

There's plenty of room for improvement in concession stand food offerings at sporting events.  As a CSA member, I'm all in favor of locally grown organic food.  I worry that it will not stand a chance next to the hot dogs, chips and junk food that will most likely still be on the menu.
