Congratulations on being the first of the hybrid taxi drivers! When we were in Munich, in the summer of 2001, our cabbie informed us that all Munich cab drivers were already using hydrogen powered, fuel cell powered Mercedes taxis. At the time, they filled up at a special station at the airport. He said they were getting great mileage, which made it possible to have only one refueling station in the city. It would be interesting to see how far the automaker has come since then in developing their technology and whether it has spread to other German cities.
