Hello, I'm new here ... this is my first comment. It's nice to be here, my name is Christy O'Connor.

I can't help but wonder why many of the mortgage lending networks on the web are not approaching individuals interested in solar energy with useful guides and loan offers for energy alternatives. (I own and opperate a Real Estate and Financial web site) Alternative energy seems to be on many minds these days; it's so expensive and Lenders like Quicken, Countrywide, and Capital One are aggressivly dreaming up ad campaigns to stay current. BP has been delivering their message like this with their campaigns .. smart strategy I think.

Maybe it's the way I think, environmentally sound commission? Connecting people with the lowest possible rate on an equity loan for alternative energy sounds green to the second power! Feels like a win-win to me. I'd love to use my resources to propose this idea.

I don't know, maybe I'm thinking too far out of the box? What do you guys think? If the gentleman that was looking for economical solutions for financing would like a refrral to a licensed banker from his area I can refer him to an expert that will search over 200 well known and reputable lenders for the best home loan rates. We run a very consumer friendly service. The referral site is http://www.real-estate-yogi.com
