Navy Shower
This is like shutting the water off while brushing your teeth, except on a larger, dirtier level. I like it, though it does pose an implementation problem if you have to wait for the water to get heated. A ten minute shower can use up to 60 gallons of water, imagine how much could be saved if we you didn't have to wait for the water to heat up?
