    This was a great article. I'm with Tatharlin - is there any way to contribute to helping would-be organic farmers get started? There are loads of charities for other issues (AIDS, starving children, illiteracy, flood victims...). Are there any charities, or even financial participation organizations, to help organic farmers buy land or otherwise get started?
