Why not enacted laws to stop polluters? Why these games? Some corporate lawyer will find a loophole to get out of their responsibility.
First we need to clean up Phoenix air quality by stopping the liberal use of pesticides everywhere. Homes, offices and especially agriculture. Cotton is one of the worst polluters in AZ.
There are no safeguards. Women and children are exposed daily to toxins and they're worried about carbon? Stop pesticide use especially in building construction and agriculture and you'll see a reduction in carbon emissions.

Phoenix is SEVERELY POLLUTED
The Valley of the Sun is polluted by agriculture. The cotton grown here is terribly pesticided. No one is allowed to know when defoliation will commence near their houses, schools, etc. Instead, we all get sick and doctors cover up the posioning with it's allergies or the flu. In October? It's so ridiculous! Until agriculture isn't spraying pesticides all over the residents, kicking toxic dust up into the air, and using up most of the water, Phoenix will always be UN-green.
