    I would like to write a piece on Kudzu because of the inspiration of Erik and Alien species. I don't want to just comment on kudzu. I would like to have the piece on kudzu published so that it doesn't get lost in comments. It is too important.

    Is it Alian? I never learned to spell that word.

    1. Kudzu is edible and keeps me fed.
    2. kudzu is healthy and organic except by the side of the road where the county poisons it.
    3. kudzu is related to the sweet pea/snow pea
    4. kudzu can help alcoholics (Harvard)
    5. kudzu is an anticoagulant (Drug Digest)
    6. There is much more to learn about what we could do with kudzu. The Kudzu Book by William Shurtleff is one place to start. My blog can give some people ideas.
