  • Golly, skipping Shaklee again?

I urge the powers-that-be at Grist to consider Shaklee products in the review process! Or at least, please explain the selection process for the products that are presented. Thanks! On A test of eight green bathroom-cleaning products posted 1 year, 8 months ago 23 Responses

  • Shaklee offers a Liquid and a Powder that rock.

Clean credentials...Natural, Nontoxic, Biodegradable surfactants, Concentrated, Hypoallergenic, No phosphates, No chlorine bleach. The Liquid doubles as a spotter and works great!

  • This is why I use Shaklee at home...

I use all of the Shaklee products at home! All-natural earth-friendly nutrition, personal and home care products. (Toothpaste too!) The company has been around for over 50 years and was green before green was cool. In 2000, Shaklee was the first company in the world to be certified Climate Neutral and totally offset its CO2 emissions, resulting in a net zero impact on the environment. Cool, eh?

You can learn more about the products and the company's environmental initiatives here: www.shaklee.net/tlfuller

Disclaimer: Yes, I am a Shaklee distributor. I have a different day job, but love being part of this company and helping people create healthier lives.

I'd like to see Grist include Shaklee in some of its product reviews and research. Thanks! On Umbra on green-company buyouts posted 1 year, 9 months ago 13 Responses

  • Seeking info on art supplies?

    Hello all,
I am seeking information for our community arts alliance about the proper use and disposal of various art supplies, specifically water and oil-based paints and solvents. As well, it would be helpful to know about best-case and green alternatives. Would you have a book, person, internet resource for this info? Thank you in advance!
