What about toast quality?
In my experience, eating toast off of a paper plate is a much more satisfying experience. This is because hot toast on a regular plate causes condensation to occur under the toast, hence making the bottom half soggy. Do we really need more wheat?
I was under the impression that we had a tremendous wheat surplus. I don't think anyone (besides the farmers) will miss these fields. Perhaps the government should pay the farmers off to not farm wheat there anymore.
