Freecycle...without the "TM"

I have been a member of Freecycle since damn near the beginning. I joined it (as I am sure many people did) because I liked the SIMPLICITY of it.
What you originally saw as the "rules" when you started was "Keep it Free, Legal, and Appropriate for All Ages". Simple.

Now Freecycle has become a corporate MONSTER. And not just the people at "The Freecycle Organization" (say what ?) There are also group's of people with their own spin about how "Freecycle done me wrong". Jesus !

I honestly don't know which "organization" is worse. Mr Beal's wishy-washy ways of running Freecycle or the "done me wrong" groups.

For Mr. Beal (or anyone else that would care to answer) WHY a "Trademark"? WHAT is the reasoning for this ? Do ya really NEED a trademark for people to give things away on a yahoo group for free ?

And to the "done me wrongs", who, from what I have read, are almost ALL people that formerly were far up Mr Beal's ASS, (and WHAT is up with THAT ?) WHY do you spend your time fighting with Freecycle ? WHAT is the reasoning for this ? Do ya really NEED all these "bitching" groups ?

How about both "organizations" get back to the original concept ? Let's keep as much crap out of our landfills as we can and find a better way to spend your time and money ?
