case name?
Hi,
The case described in this article is a very interesting example of small communities lacking the power to effectively utilize the law as a weapon. I'm interested in using this case in a research paper I'm currently working on- does anybody know the year of the case and the name of the case?
Or, does anyone know of any other recent cases dealing with CAFOs and small communities? I'm especially interested in cases in which a small community group failed to win a case against a CAFO.
