It's no joke
I spent a week in New Orleans helping at the trailer parks we speak of, with a Middlebury College service trip. The very first day, I spent about an hour in a trailer before I started to get a headache, which became very severe. I went outside and my nose started bleeding profusely, and soon I was vomiting, and it went on like this for about 30 minutes after I left the trailer. The headache lasted much longer. Everyone I was with seemed to be fine.
