  Poultry Farming

  This may shock and amuze everyone, But I am a Female poultry farmer...Confined to the farm 24/7 paying for this mistake that we have made... My husband works offshore just pay for the butane and electricity that it take to keep the farm alive and going... but after this winter I'm not sure how much longer it will stay afloat... We as poultry farmers are dictated to by the Contract company. We have the investment or should I say the major debt the responsibility of keeping things going... To have a college fund for my two boys would be a far reach in a dream... Just to pay the bills here would be great.. We have had or lively hood threatened, by the company that we grow for and there is nothing absolutly nothing that we can do to stop them if we wanted to ..... It is a numbers game when it comes to who grew the bigger chicken this batch ... (the girl or the guys that kiss major but and take the bosses fishing)  if they want you out they get you out and make it your fault. ITS ALWAYS THE GROWERS FAULT... YOU CAN TAKE MY WORD FOR CHICKENS ARE NOT WORTH IT.... My father in law is now a victim of the poultry company with everything he has worked for all his life 180 acres of land and a 10 house farm that he is filing bankruptcy on having to leave his house and move into a one bedroom trailer that he bought to have labor live in.... How insulting is that for a grown man,.... Please if anyone has any advise please let us know......
