  Thank you for praising our oysters.  Apalachicola Bay oysters are some of the last "wild caught" oysters in the world. Protecting Apalachicola Bay has been a conscious effort in this community for over half a century.  Instead of realizing short term gains from development profits the residents of Apalachicola Bay have chosen to protect the Bay and invest in its continued health and longevity.
