Many cities "don't exist"
This can't exactly be a "Top 25" list, since only 25 cities were considered. At the risk of sounding parochial, my city, Milwaukee, was not even considered, even though its former mayor is a leading advocate of new urbanism to make cities livable.
The study's website proclaims that, "If it isn't measured, it doesn't exist."
Does that mean Milwaukee and a number of other cities, much larger than places like Santa Monica or Madison, don't exist?
