The Navy
The American Military is by far the most scrutinized in the entire world. To think for half a second that marine life would be in any sort of danger by the use of sonar equipment is naive. I would be willing to bet that there are a variety of different ways the Navy uses to ensure the safety of our marine life. I also could easily see an exhausted effort put forth to prove such safe guards are in effect. Good luck with a law suit, facts will dictate the truth.
