Juan Valdez is not an actor
Just to clarify, Juan Valdez was born as a marketing campaign in the 60s-70's and at the beginning used an actor, but it lasted a few years only. Since then Juan Valdez persona has been a real coffee grower. The Juan Valdez you know retired a few months ago after 20 years and the new one is actually 100% coffee grower and it took 4 years to be chosen within 400 candidates.
