This kind of accident has long been foreseen and feared, from novels to serious work on hazardous materials transport, particularly in urban areas. It is unlikely that there will be a serious response by the current administration but environmental/sustainable folks might have some good thoughts on the problems of very high concentrations of energy or toxic materials (or both) as a strategic/civil defense and environmental justice, hazards exposture issue.On That's One Way to Push Public Transportation posted 2 years, 7 months ago 1 Response
