  I could like coal...for a little while

  If coal was used to make energy for facilities that build wind turbines and solar panels and that's all... I could "like" it, as long as I knew we were headed straight for a time when the turbines/panels would turn on and the coal would turn off...

  Have you read "The Coming Economic Collapse" by Leeb and Strathy?

  It outlines, among other things, why we need coal and other nasties temporarily to get ourselves out of this hedonistic energy mess we've made.  I'd be interested to hear what my learned blogging peers have to say about the book.
