  Buy Local! Eat Local!

  China is proving itself to be unreliable in many ways as a food source. The ethic of that country apparently is dominated by the almighty dollar without any hint of care for the effect on their customers.  To be 'green' today, one should make the effort to buy local and eat local.  That means eating food grown/produced within 100 miles of your home.  This is one of the many changes required to reduce our global warming emissions by 80% by 2050.  Buy local!
