  Troubling...

  Have not pinpointed what is troubling about this, maybe the promotion of additional driving to Wal-Mart and the RV Park by suspending the gas tax or the fact that only lip service has been paid to alternative sources of energy (or perhaps no energy at all) and that oil production domestically (often on beautiful western wilderness lands) is still being pushed. We're Americans, we're innovative, let's come up with something that assures that our wilderness lands and oceans can be enjoyed for a long time.
