    Disposable pie tins?

Hopefully the author has salvaged/re-used these disposable pie tins rather than buying new ones...

    Sweet Potato Everlasting Rolls
Easy-to-make rolls: one more thing to be thankful for.  ...I love to make a double or even triple batch of these rolls, bake them off in "disposable pie tins," and take them around to friends and extended family on Thanksgiving morning. On Thanksgiving can reconnect families and revive traditions -- like sweet potato rolls posted 1 year ago 15 Responses

    Missing DC Green Chefs

The list seems to focus on California, with some NY and a North Carolina chef thrown in.  Perhaps these following Chefs were considered, but I would think at least Nora Poullion would have at least made "honorable mention."

Nora Poullion of Restaurant Nora's, and Asia Nora. Called the "Alice Waters" of the East Coast, she is also known for being a vocal chef-advocate in the campaign "Give Swordfish a Break," calling for chefs to stop serving swordfish in restaurants until swordfish are sustainably harvested.

Barton Seaver of Hook Restaurant in DC's Georgetown.  Hook serves only sustainable seafood, and tries to educate patrons. He may have been overlooked since he is a young, new chef.

Brian McBride of Blue Duck Tavern.  The Tavern serves only seasonal food.  Also likely overlooked since he is a young, new chef.
