'Again, a gaping whole has been exposed ' I guess that is a whole hole as opposed to a half a hole? Since May 23rd?!? That is what makes the US the best protected in the world - isn't that what the president said. Every day there is at least 1 recalled food notice in my inbox - somehow I think I'd be safer somewhere else.

I still don't see why Monsanto can't be sued. Â They own the land being dusted and they hired the company to do the dusting. Â Maybe it is time to take care of these problems the French way?!?

so this means we can capture the water and take it to the EPA employee's houses that came up with this determination and use it to fill their pools and water their lawns with it, right? On EPA declares waste from oil-shale production 'non-hazardous' posted 11 months, 1 week ago 2 Responses

false advertising?
They claim on their website that their products come from plants not chemical plants. I'm not so sure. Here are the ingredients from their lavender hand soap. Some of these names sure don't sound like plant names. The list below is some of the info you can find on those ingredients at the EWG site. I'd be interested in knowing if they are using the US TSCA list or the REACH list from the EU as a guide to 'safe' ingredients.

Big auto
Ford's CEO laments a lack of "adequate resources or lead time"
Lack of lead time - is he kidding? They've had 35+ years of lead time.
the Alliance for Automobile Manufacturers says the timeline isn't "technologically feasible" or "economically practicable."
If they had been busting their buts for the last 35 years instead of wasting time making them bigger and more wasteful - just think what we would have now. They stuck their heads in the sand and it is everyone else's fault. On Big Auto backs off support for tighter fuel-economy standards posted 1 year, 3 months ago 9 Responses
