  nonsnowy weather?

  Anyone have advice for just plain cold?  We don't get much snow here in TN, but we do get cold and windy.

  Cleaning Methods?

  So i too have really heavy periods...some days I have to empty my diva cup every hour (and yes, i've been to the doctor on this one).  so anyway, the point is my office has shared sinks and very nosey women.  
  so what i do is just empty it out and put it back without washing it.  (maybe that's gross?) and then get a couple of squares of TP, wipe off my finger tips, wipe the nether regions...then go wash the hands.

  glass-ware

  I too get tons of veggies from my CSA.  For all the green leafy items, I prewash and tear for easy use.  Store in my glass pyrex bowls with a damp paper towel on top and then cover with the lid (which is plastic).  This works great.  I've had stuff in my fridge for more than two weeks.  Fruit, I leave on the counter unless I know it's going to be a while before I eat it...including tomatoes.  Beans, I prewash and sanp and also store in glass pyrex bowls.  This works great for me :)On Umbra on storing produce posted 1 year, 3 months ago 15 Responses
