Palin is not smart but she knows how to delight the red neck special interests that already vote on the right side of conservative. The more liberal voters are silently pleased to have her continue the public face she had during the election. She is often very visabily wrong and always over the top crude so she drives the middle of the road voter to the liberal vote. Mccain had a reasonable chance until the Christian right forced Palin on him. Keep at it Sara, you are a real asset to us.On Palin’s book spreads falsehoods about clean energy legislation posted 2 days, 13 hours ago 11 ResponsesClick here to view comment in original post
What does anyone expect? We all know many politicians can be bought by those with money for the campaign. The coal/oil interests have more money than any citizen's or activist's group will ever have so they collect a few pet politicians and get the votes they need. It would be wonderful if this could be corrected. Unfortunately we are asking the fox to repair the broken hen house door.On Fourteen Democratic senators stick up for coal posted 6 days, 8 hours ago 5 ResponsesClick here to view comment in original post
I continue to be amazed that well educated, highly intelligent Chinese men can honestly believe the that Keratin, the substance of hair and nails, will effect their ability to function sexually. That is afterall what Rhino horns are composed of, keratin. If it seems to work it is only the placebo effect. They should switch to Viagra which has a clinically proven and very real effect.

"Especially on a windy day"...if he were intelligent he should have noticed it was windy and postponed the dusting. On the other hand maybe he was operating as instructed by Monsanto and had no choice. They are just another coprorate giant with no concern for anything beyond next quarters dividend. No morals, no conscience, large level of untempered greed. Of course the corporation is legally clear, they have an entire department of lawyers keeping them "clean". Bet they use off shore accounts to avoid paying tax on profits too.
