Imagine that. Each State deciding their own fate. How Constitutional. On Georgia lawmakers propose suspending endangered-species protections during drought posted 2 years, 1 month ago 4 Responses

    Al Gore

How many millions has Al made on this subject? Everyone wants to praise him for the attention he has brought to global warming. This and his flawed "evidence" gets him an award? Amazing. Yes the climate is changing. I see this and the chickens under the porch see this. What he should get an award for is his acting ability. Does he still keep a humongous house that devours more energy than a third world country? Yes. Typical liberal hypocrisy. YOU need to change but not me. This is how we that really are concerned for the environment get the label enviro wacko. I don't want to see the Glaciers leave Glacier National Park. I have written to congress, I ask questions,I walk places that are close by. Enjoy your prize Al. Take it home and admire it and please stay there and be quiet. Condors

It is a great day when an animal can be kept from extinction. However I am from the midwest and for years the reason for the Condor demise has been deforestation and pesticides. This is the first time I have heard about lead. Are you saying that all the animals that a Condors scavenges have been shot? I believe in environmental friendliness but how about some intellectual honesty here.

    Foreign Aid

If Jimmie Carter suggested it we need to do the exact opposite. he suggested we give MORE money, your money, my money to these third world thugs to get fat on. We need to clean our house first and then render aid to other parts of the world. Those countries being mistreated by their own Government need to rise up. We did and we worked ourselves into the greatest country in history. On U.S. food aid low, getting lower posted 2 years, 2 months ago 3 Responses

    EPA Slacking

I worked the petrochemical industry for over 20 years. Unless you have been down refinery row in Houston you won't understand how difficult it is to locate polluters. Plants are supposed to be self policing and they do for the most part. Humans work there and they don't like to see anything going to the waterway or air as much as you. We fish Galveston bay and the San jacinto and trinity rivers. We also hunt ducks and geese and other wildlife here. We that live here applauded the clean water act that FORCED these companies to comply by huge fines if paperwork discrepencies are found. Visible flaring is a fine now. I know this sounds cliche but VOTE for people that believe in the environment. On U.S. EPA is bad at environmental protection posted 2 years, 2 months ago 2 Responses
