I'd like to see them get rid of all the plastic.
I have't been able to get a fresh loaf of bread or fresh pastry in my local store lately. Everything is wrapped in plastic.
I would like to shop in a store that had a service butcher,a bakery, and a greengrocer.
But alas, out side of the big city, I don't know where they are.

I'm so glad I get my milk at the farm
I get my milk at the farm. I can see the cows grazing and I talk to the farmer about his practices and what he is doing to improve his herd, his milk and his business.

Clean Water
Don't they know that the water starts at the top of the hill in those little runnels. By the time it gets to a body of water large enough to float a commercial boat in, it may have gone hundreds of miles.
I live on a mountain, I know that we on the mountain are responsible to all those below.

Traffic congestion
I worked in Manhattan for many years. Most people don't drive to work because it is too much trouble. There is still way too much traffic.
Banning private cars in Midtown during business hours is not a new idea. To hear the reports on TV, you'd think it was going to inconvenience people.
The idea is way overdue. Don't worry, the TV news staff would probably get press passes.
The rest of us would benefit.

Thanksgiving
I like Thanksgiving. We get together at my son's house, with his four children and my daughter's three and his in-laws, who are nice people.
All express gratitude for what we have. A good time is had by all, except the dogs who have to stay in the car.
