  Oil Prices Eating Away People's Lives

  High oil prices is exerting a great toll on everyone's lives. We have got everything's prices raised, and yet wages, salaries aren't raised in tandem with the rise in oil prices?

  What can low-income families do to minimize the effects of oil price rise? Perhaps it's only by not using any automobiles.

  Still a luxury to most

  Solar panels in my country is mainly used in public utilities like telephone booths and some kiosks, but domestically it is yet to be adopted as a source of power due to its price. Solar panel use is mainly limited to water heaters in my country, but nothing else.

  Forget who should be responsible....

  I think it's best to dissolve the issue on who should be practicing whatever practice for the environment.
  Utilitarianism is the best, best for everyone, best for nature.

  It's sad to say that because of coal's relatively lower cost of generating electricity, the bad effects are overlooked by most of the countries in our world.

  too late perhaps?

  Why do it so late in his presidency while having 8 years to do so? No matter how grandiose the plan is, how "achievable" the plan it is,how "better" the plan than others, it wouldn't make much difference anyway. Too much of "glorification"
