I am to held under house arrest for one year awaiting a preliminary hearing on the drugs RCMP Myhers planted to prevent my running in an Provincial election against BC Speaker of the House Bill Barisoff.
The lawyer quit when I refused to relinquish my right to ask questions of Police.
The solution to climate change.
( human excrement + nuclear waste = hydrogen )
The USA discharges Trillions of tons of sewage annually, sufficient quantity to sustain electrical generation requirements of the USA.
Redirecting existing sewage systems to containment facilities would be a considerable infrastructure modification project.
It is the intense radiation that causes the conversion of organic material into hydrogen, therefore what some would consider the most dangerous waste because of its radiation would be the best for this utilization.
I believe the combination of clean water and clean air, will increase the life expectance of humans.

Since these actions will prevent any forward movement on my solution to climate change, for at least one year, and 300,000 additional deaths can be directly attributed to this, is it possible to have Myhres ( and others) held accountable in your court as the RCMP are never held accountable in Canada?

This letter is to acknowledge your recent communication with our office in which you allege that the RCMP have planted drugs to prevent you from running in a Provincial election.
The Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP was established by Parliament to oversee the public policing activities of the RCMP. Part VII of the RCMP Act states that the mandate of the Commission is to review the conduct of members of the RCMP in the performance of any duty or function under the RCMP Act.
Your allegations have been carefully considered. The Commission can only consider a public complaint that contains a valid and substantive basis of fact on which to base a formal complaint under Part VII of the Act. I also wish to bring to your attention that the Commission does not have the legal authority to permit us to become involved in issues beyond the scope of our mandate.
Accordingly, the Commission is not able to assist you.

Hypocracy
It has been my unfortunate experiance, to come to the realization that the Legal community is used to oppress individuals and suppress solutions!
the Fossil Fuel industry employes lawyers and law firms so that they can not go against them under the conflict of interest loop hole!
To the best of my knowledge the entire BC law society is pro fossil fuel funded.

This is a formal complaint of Election rigging by the RCMP.
Greater/ corroborative/ illegal details are available. The 3 days available after release on bail was insufficient to complete the prerequisites of elections bc to becoming a candidate. The present 9 pm curfew prevents me from attending election events in Vancouver, keeping this covered up.

The response was to be arrested and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking. For some alleged drugs in a vehicle that I was a passenger. The owner / driver was not charged.
