One small frozen caveat
Of course, tapping frozen methane hydrates for commercial use is a huge and expensive undertaking that is fraught with environmental risks.

Make hay while the sun disappears in a toxic haze
China is the factory for the world; American and European companies outsourced their manufacturing there to save on labor costs. This arrangement benefited American and European executives (through their stock options and bonuses) and hurt average employees. America now has an historic opportunity to seize the lead in the growing green economy while China disappears under its own toxic haze.
