Cisco Devries is former Chief of Staff to Mayor Tom Bates of Berkeley, Calif. He envisioned and led initial development of Berkeley's solar financing program and is now working with Renewable Funding, LLC to help cities and counties replicate it around the country. During the Clinton Administration, DeVries served as an aide to the U.S. Secretary of Energy. He holds a Master's degree from UC Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy.
