actually, it's been out of california for a while
DC's Washington Area Bicycle Association has provided bike valet service at big events around the city for many years. They are a staple at the Green Festival and other earth-friendly events. Two HUGE valet stations were set up on inauguration day to help cyclists who wanted to see their prez.
