  Who's leading?

  If the Democrats have a viable strategy on global warming (questionable), then they owe a debt to Ralph Nader who has been out in front of them on these issues for years.  

  Ralph's expertise is in consumer protection and corporate crime.  No amount of politically safe, feel good environmental policies will overcome the coporate control of our decision making process.  That's where the real fight is and that's where Nader is taking it.

  The conservative is always trying to hang on to what is fated to go- segregation, paternalism, fossil fuels.  While progressives want to move ahead to what is destined to be- a sustainable economy, a just society, equal rights.  Ralph Nader is leading the way.  Let's hope the Democrats follow his lead.
