Kyoto
While the US may have the dubious honour of being the only industrialized country in the world not to agree to making mandatory reductions in greenhouse-gas emissions under the Kyoto protocol, surely their northern neighbour Canada must get some recognition for signing the treaty with forked pen ... signing while aggressively ramping up C02, then claiming that our country can't possibly meet Kyoto targets.
