  There are certainly alternatives to the ethoxylates and products that work well around the home, including Dr. Bronner's 18 in 1 soap for washing dishes that tested free from 1,4-dioxane.  At the press conference David Bronner stated this clearly.  He knows his sudsing and cleaning agents, actually quite well.
