The email you add from William Kininmonth makes the point that the "greenhouse" is proven and operates in a fashion that is quite different to the process that Wood was trying to disprove. As he says, the effect is "explained by rigorous science". Attack that science if you wish to prove something. There is not point bringing up Wood's experiment as it attacks a notion of the greenhouse effect that climate scientists do not subscribe to.

Cleanwater & Air
RW Wood showed that there is no greenhouses don't trap infrared radiation and for this reason the"greenhouse effect" is recognised as something of a misnomer for describing the effects of heatrapping gases. Global warming is about certain gases restricting convective losses when air is warmed by the ground heated by the sun. He may have been buddies with Plank and Einstein, but Wood's experiment has nothing to say about the "greenhouse effect" as properly understood. It is not the case of the IPCC missing a fundamental piece of relevant science but of you misunderstanding the science because you have taken the "greenhouse effect" rather too literally. But I am sure that this correction will not stop you trolling elsewhere.

"If I told you that my cross-over dribble is better than Stephen Hawking's, would you build an NBA franchise around me?"
No but I might tell you that making fun of Professor Hawking's disability is offensive.
