   LOLNuclear war? yes that would help a lot..NOT!!!
   But in that idea lies a little gem.
   If the earth dries out as I presume it will,
   
   a nuclear bomb or two per year in the ocean would at least hydrate the air.
   A last straw solution, maybe, at that stage there would be nothing to lose.... it is already lost.
