Ted's Not-So-Excellent Adventure

Alaska Sen. Ted Stevens found guilty on corruption charges 3

Sen. Ted Stevens (R-Alaska) has been found guilty on seven counts of lying about free house renovations and gifts received from an oil-contractor friend between 1999 and 2006. The impact on Stevens' reelection race against Democrat Mark Begich remains to be seen. Stevens, going strong at age 84, is the longest-serving Republican in the Senate.

    Ted Stevens, Mr. Big Oil...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbBRiatDdbI
That's video of Ted Stevens, angrily ensuring that oil executives are not forced to testify under oath before Congress.
Just another political servant of the international oil cartels.

Sheer arroganceWhat an amazing display of arrogance for a convicted felon...or his party...to even consider continuation of a campaign for a Senate Seat.
On the ther hand, if Alaskans still deem him worthy of their representation in Washington, I suggest we sell the whole state back to Russia...cheap!

Couldn't Happen To A Nicer GuyLiterally!  Unfortunately, he's typical of the attitude of Alaskans toward the natural environment, which is why he stayed in office for so long.
