Rick Perry and hell

We’re all going 2

So Texas Governor Rick Perry thinks all non-Christians are going to hell?

That's a bitter pill to swallow from someone who's doing everything he can to create hell on this earth.

Rick Perry and hellWill all these Texas churches now relinquish their tax-free status once they become even more politically active?  I believe the IRS should investigate the role of churches that play politics--not just in Texas either.  And isn't Biblical inerrancy a rather extreme claim from a politician, master of the lie and spin?

No shitdid you guys know that Gov. Hairdo, as he's known in Texas, narrowly defeated Jim Hightower for the Texas Ag Commissioner post some 13-14 years ago? Hightower isn't perfect, but he must qualify as the most progressive top state ag official in U.S. history. He was extremely popular, and he thought he had the race sewn up. He barely campaigned. And Hairball, a rather blunt instrument for Texas industrial ag interests, squeaked by him on the strength of the Christian right vote. It's a tragedy. Then GWB handpicked him to be governor in 2000. There's nothing right about it. He's a vile man.
