    WellGore did mention this gas tax holiday was rather silly. And that he preferred instead to remove the income tax.

    "Ending this"presumably means persuading Hillary to drop out.
    But she seems so entitled-plus-missionary, that I wonder if persuasion is possible.  And it is indeed true that she has a lot of strong supporters, who care little for Barack Obama.  And anyway Al Gore is not one whose opinion she is likely to respect.
