Nothing new in this short profile of William McDonough, but as a confirmed McDonough fanboy, I feel obligated to link to it.
The article says that McDonough's consultancy "will begin to certify products for 'eco-effectiveness'" next month. Of course, McDonough said he'd be doing it "within the month" ... way back in May.
"Twenty years," McDonough guessed. "We have 20 years to figure this out. We have to work quickly, we have to work systematically, we have to integrate this into everything we do."
Better hurry up, Bill!
