    Dead On Arrival

       Actually, we shouldn't take this seriously, since it will go nowhere.
       This is merely payback to the NRA and other guns nuts for all their help.
       A lame duck bill like this is just for show, and everyone knows it.
       Well, except for some segments of the populous who will be impressed and excited.  This bill's for them.
