   great for many reasonsWhat was great about that performance was it sounded a million times better than the standard in-show performance--since it was at their studio.

   Great avenue to get the word outI've been a fan of Radiohead and am even more now.  This is a great statement made by the band to make the youth aware of our situation.  With MTV shows like Cribs, My Sweet Sixteen, and all the other materialistic garbage thrown upon the youth, its good to see some popular bands show us what we're doing and how we can change.  Along with Radiohead, I believe Coldplay used offsets for one of its albums, which isn't necessarily the best method but at least it's a start.  Additionally, I recently saw an episode of Big Ideas on Sundance (a show light on substance, but is entertaining enough to get some information out) where a group helps organize greener concerts for popular bands.  It is these types of avenues (e.g. music, popular culture) that can really affect our youth before they are consumed by consumption.
